鉸鏈型補償器(qi)一般以兩個(ge)或三個(ge)作為一組使用(yong),用(yong)于吸(xi)收(shou)單(dan)平(ping)面(mian)(mian)管系(xi)中一個(ge)或多個(ge)方面(mian)(mian)的(de)橫向位移。在系(xi)統中每(mei)一個(ge)補償器(qi)受它的(de)鉸鏈所制約,產生鈍角位移。在管系(xi)中每(mei)對鉸鏈式(shi)補償器(qi)互相配合,能夠形成(cheng)單(dan)平(ping)面(mian)(mian)管系(xi)中的(de)擺動式(shi)以吸(xi)收(shou)橫向位移。
每對鉸(jiao)鏈(lian)式(shi)補償器(qi)所(suo)能吸收的橫向位移與其鉸(jiao)鏈(lian)銷軸之間的距離成(cheng)正比。因此,為了使補償器(qi)充分發揮效(xiao)用,應盡量加大這一距離。
角向(xiang)型波紋補償器中的鉸鏈組(zu)件主要(yao)用(yong)于承(cheng)受(shou)管(guan)道(dao)因(yin)內壓力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)產(chan)生的推力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),也可(ke)用(yong)于承(cheng)擔管(guan)道(dao)和設備的重(zhong)(zhong)量、風載或類(lei)似的外力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)。不僅能夠(gou)吸收任(ren)一(yi)平面內的橫(heng)向(xiang)位移,而且能承(cheng)受(shou)波紋管(guan)壓力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)推力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)。另外,也可(ke)以用(yong)來承(cheng)受(shou)管(guan)道(dao)和設備的重(zhong)(zhong)量、風載。

角向型(xing)波紋補償器(J型(xing))
這類波(bo)紋補償(chang)器(qi)(qi)結構緊(jin)湊、應用(yong)靈活、安裝(zhuang)方便、對(dui)支座(zuo)無壓力(li)推(tui)力(li)作(zuo)用(yong)。由于單式角向(xiang)波(bo)紋補償(chang)器(qi)(qi)只能作(zuo)角偏轉,因(yin)此均為(wei)二(er)個以上(shang)配套使用(yong)。
用一(yi)對角(jiao)向(xiang)(xiang)型波紋(wen)補償器吸收(shou)橫向(xiang)(xiang)位(wei)(wei)移(yi)時,角(jiao)位(wei)(wei)移(yi)量一(yi)定,其所能(neng)吸收(shou)的橫向(xiang)(xiang)位(wei)(wei)移(yi)量與兩(liang)波紋(wen)補償器之(zhi)間(jian)的距離成正比,應盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)地(di)加大兩(liang)波紋(wen)補償器之(zhi)間(jian)的距離,可(ke)以更有效發揮其補償作用。
