鉸鏈(lian)型補償器(qi)一(yi)般以兩個(ge)或三個(ge)作為一(yi)組使用(yong),用(yong)于(yu)吸收單平(ping)面管(guan)系中一(yi)個(ge)或多個(ge)方面的橫向位(wei)移。在(zai)系統中每一(yi)個(ge)補償器(qi)受它(ta)的鉸鏈(lian)所制(zhi)約,產(chan)生鈍(dun)角位(wei)移。在(zai)管(guan)系中每對鉸鏈(lian)式補償器(qi)互相(xiang)配合,能夠形(xing)成單平(ping)面管(guan)系中的擺動式以吸收橫向位(wei)移。
每對鉸鏈式(shi)補償器(qi)所能吸收的橫向位移與其鉸鏈銷(xiao)軸之間的距(ju)離成正比(bi)。因此(ci),為(wei)了使補償器(qi)充分(fen)發揮效用,應盡量加大這一距(ju)離。
角向(xiang)型波紋補償(chang)器(qi)中的(de)鉸鏈組件主(zhu)要(yao)用于(yu)承(cheng)(cheng)受(shou)管(guan)道因內(nei)壓力(li)產生的(de)推力(li),也可(ke)(ke)用于(yu)承(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)管(guan)道和設備的(de)重量(liang)、風載(zai)或類似的(de)外力(li)。不僅能(neng)夠吸(xi)收(shou)任一平面內(nei)的(de)橫向(xiang)位移,而且能(neng)承(cheng)(cheng)受(shou)波紋管(guan)壓力(li)推力(li)。另外,也可(ke)(ke)以用來(lai)承(cheng)(cheng)受(shou)管(guan)道和設備的(de)重量(liang)、風載(zai)。

角向(xiang)型波(bo)紋(wen)補償器(J型)
這類波紋(wen)補償器結構緊湊、應用靈活、安裝方(fang)便(bian)、對支座無壓力(li)(li)推力(li)(li)作用。由于單式角向(xiang)波紋(wen)補償器只(zhi)能作角偏轉,因此(ci)均為二個以上配套使用。
用一對(dui)角(jiao)向型波紋補(bu)償器吸收橫(heng)向位移(yi)時,角(jiao)位移(yi)量(liang)一定,其所能(neng)吸收的橫(heng)向位移(yi)量(liang)與兩波紋補(bu)償器之間的距離成(cheng)正比,應盡(jin)可能(neng)地加大(da)兩波紋補(bu)償器之間的距離,可以(yi)更有效發揮其補(bu)償作(zuo)用。
